Hello, we recently sent out a group email to all those that had purchased a voucher for the Restaurant, updating them of the current status of refunds. It has now been brought to our attention that this has unfortunately not reached everyone who did. And in some cases those who did receive it have not pass down that information to the recipient. Who have understandably reached out to us in frustration regarding the process.
As things stand we have now refunded as many vouchers as financially possible for the time being. And we are now waiting on funds from the sale of the restaurant to finance the remaining voucher refunds. This has been a frustrating and extremely stressful process for everyone. We are still fully committed to refunding all remaining vouchers to those who purchased one. We will keep this page updated with any information we receive.
