BILLY BOYTER

A native to the area Billy grew up in a small house by the harbour in Cellardyke, which is only 10 minutes from the restaurant door. 

Spending the majority of his career in Edinburgh working for some of Scotland's most prestigious restaurants including time as Head Chef at Number One in The Balmoral, Billy returned to the

East Neuk to open The Cellar in April 2014.

PATRICIA KIRK

Originally from Buckie, a small fishing town on the Moray coast, Patricia started her career in a Perthshire Relais & Chateaux.

 

Moving briefly to France to work in a prestigious Michelin restaurant, Patricia returned to Scotland spending several years in one of Edinburghs top restaurants. This is where Billy and Patricia first formed a great working relationship which continues to this day at The Cellar.
